Scouting talent amongst the marginalized and giving them an opportunity to be independent in life is the dream of our co founder and philanthropist Gauri k Rout.

Through our flagship program “HUNAR”, our scouts hunt for talented and hardworking individuals in the marginalized society and give them an opportunity to earn by setting up small business.
The individuals undergo psychometric test by our expert talent scouts and then are advised to take up a certain path.
Most importantly the individual should enjoy what he/she is doing. This would help them enjoy the work and they can pursue the same in long run.
Then under project “Saksham” the individual is given interest free financial assistance to be independent.
